Notice of Temporary Closure

Owing to the peripheral circulation and torrential rainfall brought by Typhoon Phoenix, the Su’ao area has experienced flooding and mudslide alerts. Some public areas and facilities of the resort have also been affected.

To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, and to uphold the quality of our facilities and surroundings, RSL Cold & Hot Springs Resort Suao will be temporarily closed from November 12, 2025, for cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections. The reopening date will depend on restoration progress and will be announced once confirmed. Updates will be provided through our official website and social media channels.

For guests with existing room or package reservations, our service team will be delighted to assist you with rescheduling your stay or arranging a full refund.
