Choose two of the five classic must-try hotel entrees voted by our patrons: paired with the finger-licking "Taro and Sakura Shrimp Donut, Fermented Tofu Chicken Wing, French fries," and soup of the day, homemade dessert and drinks for a delicious treat for 2 people. The RSL Selection Combos comes with soup, hot appetizers, choice of two entrees, desserts and after-dinner drinks.
Inspired by the flavors of the seasons, the Luxe Tasting Menu showcases the natural essence of carefully selected ingredients through refined yet uncomplicated culinary craftsmanship. Begin your dining experience with a seasonal garden salad and the chef's soup of the day, followed by your choice of one of four signature entrées: Pan-Seared Rosemary Chicken Leg, Grilled Seasonal Fish, Pan-Seared Cherry Duck Breast, or upgrade to a U.S. Prime Ribeye Steak for an additional NT$300. Complete your meal with the chef's handcrafted dessert and a selection of premium teas for a relaxed and elegant seasonal dining experience.

- The 1F Restaurant is open from Sundays to Thursdays and from 11:00-22:00 on weekdays, 11:00-23:00 on weekends and public holidays. Last orders are accepted 30 minutes before closing time.
- RSL Set Menu is available from 11:30-21:00 and RSL Selection Combos are available from 11:30-21:00 (extended to 23:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays).
